RATHDOWNE YOGA ROOM

Introductory:
No previous experience is required. An introduction to yoga, emphasises
the basics of standing, sitting, twisting and restorative poses.
Level 1 :
For students who have completed Introductory course or who have 6 - 12
months experience. Generates a deeper understanding of yoga basics
providing consolidation and strength. Introduces preparation for
headstand, shoulder stand and backbends.
Level 2:
For experienced students wishing to deepen their practice and
understanding of yoga. Includes headstand, backbends and intermediate
poses.
